La cantante Leather Leone (CHASTAIN, RUDE GIRL, MALIBU BARBI) y la batería Sandy Sledge (RUDE GIRL, MALIBU BARBI, WARBRIDE, WEAPONSVAN) se han reunido en un nuevo proyecto llamado SLEDGE LEATHER. Su álbum debut se titula "Imagine Me Alive" y esta inspirado en un tributo a Ronnie James Dio en el que hicieron el tema "Egypt", tras reunirse y tocar en el festival Keep It True alemán en Abril del 2011 deciden hacer mas temas y entran en el estudio para grabar "Imagine Me Alive". El disco esta compuesto por 11 temas de Heavy Metal Clásico,y han trabajado para Metal Up Records.

SLEDGE LEATHER son una gran banda de Heavy Metal afincada en Estados Unidos,que practican una explosiva mezcla de Heavy Metal con una trepidante velocidad.
Millones de grupos son sus influencias,entre ellos Dio,Sabbath, PInk Floyd, Electric Wizard, Dethklok, King Crimson, Lamb of God Meshuggah Tool Dillinger Escape Plan Gentle Giant Opeth Symphony X Stravinsky Bartok Zappa.
